The 2010 Bardessono Vineyards Chardonnay is more reminiscent of a white Burgundy. Made with 100% French Oak this wine is balanced and delicious. Big and rich with ripe fruit well balanced by a supportive structure and well integrated oak. The nose butterscotch, pear and apple blossoms, and flinty-minerals. The pallet is smooth with pear, apple and minerals and has a caramel note and a bit of mulling spice and prickly pear on the finish.
