2005 Cabernet Sauvignon – 92 points, Wine Enthusiast
Our flagship wine has a lovely, dark garnet hue with deeply layered aromas of cassis, white chocolate, and toasty French oak. The mid-palate is full and rich with mouth-coating flavors of black fruit and cedar. The finish is long with baker’s chocolate and bright berries. Only 267 cases produced.
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon – 91 points, Robert Parker
Aromas of dark berries, mocha, cassis, sweet toffee and exotic spice. Expect big, full and rich mid-palate density laced with intense flavors of ripe blackberries, integrated toasty oak, and baker’s chocolate. The persistent finish exhibits excellent depth, purity and elegance.
2006 Argent
Aromas of red berry, olive, cigar spice, and earthy tones. Fine-grain tannins are integrated with French oak leading to a polished, satin-like finish.
