Long Shadows Vintners was founded in 2002 by Allen Shoup, who as President / CEO of Chateau Ste. Michelle forged winemaking partnerships with Piero Antinori (Col Solare) and Dr. Ernst Loosen (Eroica Riesling). Now, building upon those successes, Shoup has brought seven of the world’s most highly acclaimed winemakers to Washington to create wines that showcase the viticultural excellence of the Columbia Valley. Each winemaker is an owner-partner in a single wine of their specialty that is produced at Long Shadows’ state-of-the-art winery in Walla Walla, using grapes from the Columbia Valley’s finest vineyards.
