Stacked Stone was named after the elaborate stacked stone landscaping adorning the grounds where his wines are made. Owner Donald Thiessen has worked closely with many well known vineyards in the Paso Robles area to grow high quality fruit capable of producing world-class wines. Stacked Stone Cellar’s estate vineyard has been managed diligently to consistently produce some of the finest wine grapes within the Paso Robles appellation.
