The dark red color teases you of the richness to come; raspberry and clove aromas, aristocratic layers of complexity, dried cherries, red currants, a fantastic fusion of lush dark fruits, and a pleasing tobacco, tar, & chocolate finish, wow! This wine is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon from Ash hollow vineyard lending the bright fruit and tannin structure and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Bella Terra vineyard which adds structure and untamed depth to the wine. … there’s probably a reason why Cabernet Sauvignon is often called the “King” of wines. Try this wine with grilled Elk topped with Walla Walla sweet onions – Yum.
