Unveiling late harvest conditions that could only be described as angelic for this 92% Grenache Blanc dessert wine. Picked early in the morning and dried au vin de paille, the concentrated fruit was then brought to our winery in Santa Cruz for whole cluster pressing, ensuring the wines complexity and nuance.
