Our 2007 Zinfandel again comes from the Dry Creek region of Sonoma. For this vintage, we sourced our grapes from Grist Vineyard, a 100% certified organic vineyard. Grist is located 1000 feet above the Dry Creek valley floor which provides a bit of mountain structure and additional spices to the traditional Dry Creek brambly red fruits.

Aromas of plum, licorice, and cedar mixed with truffle earthiness. The wine shows the typical Dry Creek wild brambleberry taste and has a smooth finish with nice, balanced tannins.

Silver Medal

Black raspberry, mocha, roasted nut, and faint putty aromas follow through on a soft, fleeting entry to a fruity light-to-medium body with berry and vanilla ice cream notes and a tangy breezy fade. A soft, easy drinking, understated style zin.
