Our 2005 Sequoia Sunset was a double award winner in State-wide competitions. This year’s effort is very similar with essences of strawberry and raspberry. Sequoia Sunset is made by removing 10% of the juice from the fermentation bin before yeast in introduced. It is then barrel-fermented in older barrels. This is a dry Rose entirely from our estate Alicante Bouschet.
