There is a reason the Ottimo is the epitome of all the wines we make. “Ultimate” in Italian, this wine represents our selfish indulgences. It is made from barrels we consider the “best of the best” in our cellar, and it is always dressed to impress.
This is a rich wine with bold dark cherries, cigar smoke, structural tannins and a gregarious nature. Layered fruit from beginning to end, our proprietors blend integrates chalky tannins and cocoa notes. Aged 40 months in a combination of Hungarian, French and American oak. Designed to linger on thought, tempt the palette and intrigue the senses, we are proud to share our best with the best.
