A Jo Elet is Hungarian for “The Good Life”. This small lot Cabernet is produced from our estate vineyard, using both Clone 8 and 15. We barrel aged the Good Life Cabernet for 32 months in 100% Hungarian oak and only bottled 94 cases. The Hungarian oak compliments the Cabernet by adding characters such as clove and spice. Although this is a big, bold Cabernet, it is very smooth and easy on the palate.
