October 15, 2007, we handpicked fruit from our estate Vineyard to produce our Reserve Cabernet. We barrel aged our Cabernet for 32 months in 90% new oak and a blend of American, French, and Hungarian wood. This wine was bottled un-filtered on May 6, 2010. 2007 is being talked about as a GREAT vintage, rivaling 2001. Our 2007 Cabernet is no different with layers of black cherries, lavender, and floral notes. This complex beauty is sure to delight with hints of vanilla and a toasty marshmallow finish.
