Vintage Notes
After a cool wet spring, 2007 warmed up and dried out and didn’t rain until October. The result is a concentrated fruit that offered us the opportunity to explore this very interesting style of a rose wine.
Fermentation Notes
Crushed and punched for 8 hours before pressing out the juice which was perfectly tinted pink for this wine. Tank fermented at cool temperatures and finished.
