This classic Pinot Gris was hand-harvested from the Willow Crest Vineyard in Yakima Valley. It has aromas of honeysuckle and tangy fruit flavors of apple and lemon zest. It pairs well with salads, seafood and lighter fare.

Vintage Notes
This was a classic vintage – the way it used to be! In other words, warm during the summer and then cool during September & October. The result is a ripe, crisp wine that explodes with flavors of Granny Smith apples and honeysuckle.
Fermentation Notes
Pressed out in 4 ton bladders; cold settled in stainless steel tanks for 2 days; racked to another tank to be innoculated with yeast; femented in tank for 14 days, fermentation temps ranged between 55-65 degrees; racked into two and three year old French oak barrels; aged in barrels for 8 months; bottled May 28, 2009.
