Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on very old vines with the crop loads reduced to enhance flavor. It is our Mission to bring you wines with as much flavor as possible and it is an expensive process. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled early to preserve its exceptional fruitiness and varietal flavor. It has 12% alcohol by volume and is not aged with oak. This produced an exceptionally drinkable new wine which will only get better with age. We think this wine is exceptionally good with seafood and vegetarian dishes. It is also one of those wines which go will with itself!
