Vintage Notes
The growing season showed average temperatures throughout the year. 2007 began with higher temperatures which produced smaller canopies, allowing more light penetration, resulting in outstanding flavor development. The mid-summer was warm which lead into a cool but stable Ocotber. This allowed harvest to continue later than normal offering a well balanced mature vintage. 2007 was a good growing year.
