Adding to our line up of big red wines is the Primitivo. Primitivo originated in Croatia and is thought to be related to Zinfandel. The 2008 Primitivo is a medium-body red with a very dark color structure. While the structure of the wine will allow it to cellar nicely it is also a wonderful everyday wine that would pair well with food.
