Reminiscent of crisp green apples, our fresh and lively 2007 Red Rover Chardonnay has a lovely medium body and finishes dry. Three individual blocks of our estate fruit were harvested and fermented separately. One third of our vintage was aged for eight months in American and French oak barrels prior to blending. This wine will pair nicely with a variety of foods including mild cheeses, fruit, poultry and pork.
