2008 Columbia Gorge Sauvignon Blanc This food friendly wine was harvested from Garnier Vineyards in Mosier, Oregon on 2 separate harvest dates. The earlier fruit provides bright acidity and a lemony zest while the later harvest adds tropical aromas of ruby red grapefruit and passionfruit. Bone dry, bright, clean, and refreshing – this one is perfect with smoked steelhead, cream cheese, capers and red onion, try it!
