Tasting Notes
This is Excelsior’s debut vintage. A blend of Cab, Cab Franc and Merlot, this wine will haunt you. Loaded with tarragon, chocolate covered cherries, and black currants. It lingers with vanilla and dusty tannins that leave you with a nice overall mouthfeel. The fruit shines through all the way to the end with more dried cherry. The wine will benefit from aging over the next 10 years.
