The 2007 vintage of Chardonnay is bright and crisp. barrel aged in french oak for seven months, the wine was made without malolactic fermentation. The wine is 95% Chardonnay and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. It pairs very well with citrus based dressings on salad, fresh shellfish and chicken.
